Donation Managment
Project Overview
Donation-focused web platform redesigned to support the migration to Odoo ERP without disrupting the user experience.The goal was to deliver a seamless transition while improving visual consistency, responsiveness, and scalability across donation flows.
My Role & UI Focus
UI Designer – ERP & Web Interfaces
I focused on responsive UI design, component consistency, and ERP-aligned layouts, ensuring the interface remained familiar to users while adapting to new technical constraints.
UI Challenges
  • Migrating to Odoo while keeping the transition invisible to users
  • Designing donation flows with high emotional sensitivity
  • Supporting seasonal campaigns such as Zakat and Sadaqa
  • Maintaining consistency using Bootstrap across multiple views
Design System & Components
  • Designed responsive UI layouts for:
  • Donation campaigns
  • Product Detail Pages (PDP)
  • Checkout flows
  • Created reusable UI components aligned with Bootstrap guidelines
  • Ensured visual hierarchy and clarity for donation-related decision-making
Developer Collaboration
  • Delivered high-fidelity prototypes in Figma
  • Presented UI proposals in weekly product meetings
  • Tracked feedback, iterations, and approvals through GitHub
  • Worked closely with developers to ensure smooth ERP integration
Outcome & Impact
  • Successful UI migration to Odoo with no disruption to donation flows
  • Improved visual consistency across campaigns and core pages
  • Established a reusable UI foundation for future donation initiatives
