B2B wholesale e-commerce platform for automation and industrial products.The project aimed to rapidly redesign the interface to support business continuity during the pandemic, integrating the Odoo CRM module into the existing ERP ecosystem.

I led the UI redesign and system definition, balancing business constraints, technical feasibility, and usability under a tight timeline.
